Our Thoughts About ItThe Capresso Cafe is an easy to use, countertop espresso and cappuccino machine. The ThermoBlock heating system is a nice feature and uses its' 16 bars to pump out constant pressure. The swivel frother is nice because you can easily dispense into a taller glass which just isn't possible on many of the in-home machines that cost far more. And even though you can only brew 1 or 2 espressos at a time, the 48 ounce water tank holds enough water for many drinks. The Capresso Cafe espresso and cappuccino maker has a space saving design with no compromise on quality. Their goals with this machine were twofold: make it easy to use and have it perform at a very high level. They mostly succeeded as it is extremely easy to brew with and while the crema does come out nice and thick it takes some practice to really get it close to professional quality. However, with the price of the Cafe being as low as it is you really do get a lot of value.
